Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE has wrapped up its second cour, but the grand finale is just around the corner. Today, it's been confirmed that cour 3—the last of this arc, and of the series as a whole—will premiere in 2026.
The announcement came via the anime adaptation's official social media, complete with a rocket emoji to symbolize the next stage of Senku's grand journey. The post also thanks viewers for their continued support as the second cour finishes.

Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE cour 2 climax visual
Following the first part in the winter 2025, the second cour of Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE premiered in Japan on July 10. The season was confirmed for a three-cour run when it was first announced last year.
Shuhei Matsushita continues to direct Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE at studio TMS Entertainment, with series composition by Kurasumi Sunayama, character designs by Yuko Iwasa and music by Tatsuya Kato, Hiroaki Tsutusmi and Yukihiro Kanesaka. Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi created the original manga, which ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2017 to 2022 for a total of 27 volumes.
