Item state: unused, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging.
Proof of purchase: order confirmation or packing slip required.
Exclusions (for hygiene or custom work): underwear/face coverings, gift cards, and personalised/ custom-printed items unless faulty.
Responsibility: until received by us, the parcel is your responsibility—please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.
